Issue 57 planning review

The lead reviewed issue #57 and the latest merged PR #58 on September 12, 2026. GitHub reported no comments or delivery milestone on issue #57 during this review. The source baseline was 0068ed27187b16d3f3b0b7407811639b267716bf. Local source 8554e6f had identical file contents to that merge.

The review covered managed routing, model generation, parser limits, native wells, schedules, artifact publication, and result storage. It assessed shared ownership, duplicated limits, memory expansion, blocking operations, compatibility, and observable failure behavior. The resulting plan defines proposed work and unresolved owner decisions. It does not claim new implementation or runtime acceptance.

The documentation log records uv run --locked mkdocs build --strict passing in 3.96 seconds. That check used the source baseline with the plan, navigation, and agent-setting edits present. The lead inspected the original delivery screenshot from the local browser preview. The table, source paths, dependency gates, and navigation were readable without clipping. The preview reported a GitHub latest-release lookup returning 404, separate from the rendered plan. The lead closed the browser and stopped the preview server.

Normal commit hooks run the complete shared repository command before this planning change is committed. Large native or simulator trials require the separate scope and resource decisions stated in the plan.
