Run the bounded Flow probe explicitly, or compare existing outputs without a
launch.

options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  --output OUTPUT       New output directory, or comparison JSON with
                        --assess-existing.
  --docker DOCKER
  --reference REFERENCE
  --assess-existing ASSESS_EXISTING
                        Compare this output directory without Docker or a
                        workspace.
